By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Mango Lingo's website if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice, and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of England. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our discretion.

3. Refund Policy

Introduction: At Mango Lingo, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. We understand that at very rare occasions, a course or service may not meet your expectations. This statutory refund policy outlines the circumstances under which Mango Lingo may offer refunds and the process for requesting a refund.

Refund Eligibility:

Cancellation by Participant:
- Participants are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their enrolment more than 30 days before the session or course start date.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 7 days before the start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations 7 days or less before the start date of the session or course.
Cancellation by Mango Lingo:
- If a session or course is canceled by Mango Lingo, participants will receive a full refund.
Non-attendance:
- Failure to attend a session or course without prior notice does not entitle the participant to a refund.
Quality Concerns:
- If participants are dissatisfied with the quality of the session or course, they must contact Mango Lingo within 5 days of session completion to discuss potential refunds or other remedies.

Process for Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, participants must submit a refund request in writing to manager@mangolingo.co.uk including the reason for the refund, proof of payment, and any other relevant documentation.
Refund requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration unless otherwise requested by the participant.

Exceptions:

Mango Lingo Professional Membership enjoys flexible booking. Please discuss with us for your priority service including re-booking.
The term is applicable for Mango Lingo language services. No Mango Active session is refundable.
Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by Mango Lingo management on a case-by-case basis.
